After 5 hours in the slow cooker just the mere threat of pulling it made it fall apart. Oh also the salad is just iceberg and tomatoes with the mustard dill dressing

Slowcooker Pulled Pork in a Balsamic Sauce on Cauliflower Pure

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsps chopped garlic
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margerine
  • salt and pepper ,
  • 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder

Instructions

  • Dump pork, broth, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, honey and chopped garlic in your slowcooker, set to low for 8 hours or high for 5
  • Remove the pork and pull apart with 2 forks
  • pull all the remaining juice in a pot and reduce in a pot, simmering for 10 u2013 15 minutes
  • toss the pork in the sauce
  • Chop the cauliflower and boil until you can easily push a fork into one of the pieces
  • Drain the cauliflower and place in a food processor
  • add rest of ingredients and pulse until the consistency you like
