Cheese Steak Sandwich with Horseradish Mayo

Cheese Steak Sandwich with Horseradish Mayo

My previous cheese steak was more of a patty melt, this is closer to a Philly style. The meat is shaved thinner and it's in a bun instead of between two pieces of toasted bread.
