Butter Croissants stuffed with sausage and capers

So Gordon Ramsay has his own cooking show and instead of making people cry he’s making delicious, easy food. The Food Network was on in the kitchen while I was doing something (as is tradition) and he mentioned these amazing things so I dropped everything and went out to buy the ingredients.

Notes

(I got fancy and used maple syrup and spice sausages, but any spicy sausage will do, a sweet note is a delicious touch)
Ramsay’s recipe called for fontina, but all the cheese shops were closed and Metro didn’t have it. I was gonna use pepper jack but forgot to get it at Metro, so this was just plain ol mozzarella
